I found this page to my interesst in employement 'junior art director' and saw alot of diffulties this creative agency has with its webpage.
For Example: long loading: 5 secs. ,multiple menus: 5 and some issues in typography with colors for the h1 headlines.
I did this mockup to show how I would improve this for the company.
And as second step I did this mockup for mobile. This shows just 1 webpage 'jobs' in the good believe
that this new mockup will improve the hiring process for the company.
